‘She’s so scared of ghosts that she won’t even look in a mirror out of fear she might see one’
Jennifer Lawrence may play a tough girl on screen in ‘The Hunger Games’, but she’s revealed that in real life she’s a scaredy cat. She’s so scared of ghosts that she reportedly can’t be in her house alone and refuses to look in mirrors in case she sees one!

The 22-year-old actress has become one of Hollywood’s biggest stars since playing Katniss Everdeen in ‘The Hunger Games’, and she’s certainly a confident young woman.

But it’s now been revealed that despite all that, she gets lonely easily and refuses to be in the house alone for fear of otherwordly creatures.

“She hates living alone,” a source told Star magazine.

“She’s so scared of ghosts that she won’t even look in the mirror out of fear she might see one behind her,” the source said.

Jennifer moved from her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to Los Angeles in order to pursue her career, and being so far from home is reportedly very difficult for the star.

Her new role in horror film ‘House at the End of the Street’ isn’t helping matters – she put on a brave face the movie, but she’s normally petrified of such scary flicks:

“In real life I’m terrified of horror movies. If I want to watch one, I have to plan out the next three months of my life, because I’ll know I’m going to be afraid of everything – afraid of the dark, afraid of elevators, afraid of my shadow,” she told more! magazine.
